Folders service

The following routes are available for this service:
PATCH/service/api/v2/projects/{ProjectId}/{EntityCode}/folders/{Id}Updates the specified fields of an foldersThe authenticating user must have the Update privilege for the entity (Defects, Tests and so on) that is stored in the folder.
Parameters:
