User security groups service

The following routes are available for this service:
PUT	/service/api/v1/depts/{DeptId}/users/{Id}/securitygroups	Updates user security groups

Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
DeptId	path	int	Yes	The ID of the department that includes the user profile
Id	path	int	Yes	The ID of the user profile with security groups you need to update

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .json suffix or ?format=json

To embed the response in a jsonp callback, append ?callback=myCallback
