The following routes are available for this service:
GET	/service/api/v1/projects	Returns the list of available projects	Returns only the projects to which the user has access.

Parameters:
Name	Parameter	Data Type	Required	Description
Offset	query	int	No	The number of projects to skip before counting the returned projects
Limit	query	int	No	The maximum number of projects to return

To override the Content-type in your clients HTTP Accept Header, append the .json suffix or ?format=json

To embed the response in a jsonp callback, append ?callback=myCallback
